This Cookie policy explains how the website https://bshaus.eu (the “Website”) uses cookies and similar technologies, for what purposes, and how you can manage your preferences. It supplements our Privacy policy.

This is an English translation. In case of any discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.

1. Who is responsible for cookies

Cookies on the Website are placed and accessed by Erwin Urbaniak, running a business under the name BSHaus Erwin Urbaniak, VAT ID (NIP): 8531384888, correspondence address: ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 4B, 74-200 Pyrzyce, Poland, email: biuro@bshaus.eu. Some cookies are also placed by our partners (third-party cookies) – they are listed below.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device while you browse websites. They make it possible, among other things, to remember your settings, ensure the website works properly or collect visit statistics. Similar technologies include the browser’s local storage and scripts – in this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

3. Legal basis

In accordance with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024, cookies necessary for the Website to work are used without your consent, and all others (preferences, statistics, marketing) only after you give your consent. Where cookies involve the processing of personal data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for necessary cookies and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for the other categories.

4. Managing consent

On your first visit we display a banner where you can choose: Accept all, Reject all or Settings (choice of individual categories). Until you decide, the Website does not load any analytics or advertising scripts (including Google Tag Manager) and does not store cookies other than necessary ones. Consent is handled by the Website’s own mechanism.

You can change your decision or withdraw your consent at any time – as easily as you gave it – using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the button below:

After you withdraw consent, we remove statistics and marketing cookies stored for the Website’s domain from your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. We remember your choice for 12 months; we will also ask again if the scope of cookies we use changes significantly.

5. Cookie categories

  • Necessary – make the Website work: language version, remembering your consent settings and protecting the contact form. Always active.
  • Preferences – remember settings that change the appearance or behaviour of the Website. The Website currently does not use cookies in this category; the consent is passed to Google tools as a consent mode signal.
  • Statistics – Google Analytics 4 (launched via Google Tag Manager) helps us understand how visitors use the Website.
  • Marketing – Google Ads (conversion tracking and Conversion Linker) is used to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns.

6. List of cookies

This list is based on a scan of the Website carried out on 14 October 2026. The Website does not use Meta Pixel or any advertising tools other than those listed.

7. Google Tag Manager and Google Consent Mode v2

Google Tag Manager is used to manage Google scripts on the Website. We load it only after you consent to statistics or marketing (basic mode). The Website passes your choices to Google tools (Consent Mode v2): by default all consent types are “denied”, and after your decision each category is set to “granted” or “denied” accordingly. If you consent to statistics only, Google Ads does not store advertising cookies.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States on the basis of the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. More information can be found in our Privacy policy and in the providers’ policies: policies.google.com/privacy and cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

9. Browser settings

Regardless of the banner settings, you can delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may make it difficult to use the Website, and deleting all cookies will cause the banner to be displayed again.

10. Changes to this Cookie policy

This Cookie policy may be updated, in particular when the tools used on the Website or the law change. The current version is always available on the Website together with the date of the last change. If you have any questions, write to us: biuro@bshaus.eu.
